PPAM dubblar omsättningen ännu en gång, med en omsättning om drygt 220 Msek.
PPAM Solkraft AB ökar sin omsättning från 110 Msek till 220 Msek för det just avslutade verksamhetsåret.
Bolaget fortsätter dessutom att visa goda resultat, trots att året belastats med omfattande och kostnadsförda investeringar i produkter, kompetens och att bygga en organisation och struktur för att möta den snabbt växande efterfrågan och fortsätta växa med god lönsamhet.
Tillväxten har skett både inom villasegmentet som genom lyckade större projekt mot huvudsakligen industri och BRF:er.
PPAM Solkraft AB förvärvar Veosol Energi AB
PPAM har per dags dato träffat en överenskommelse om att förvärva samtliga aktier i Veosol Energi AB, www.veosol.se med säte i Örebro.
Veosol Energi AB har en lång erfarenhet från olika former av energilösningar med fokus på större projekt mot industri såväl som ett komplett erbjudande mot Villasegmentet.
Veosol Energi AB omsatte drygt 40 Msek senaste bokslutsåret med en god vinstmarginal.
För PPAM medför förvärvet tillgång till en ny och bredare regional spridning, en stark kundbas samt tillgång till nyckelpersoner som kommer att bidra i arbetet med att utveckla det gemensamma bolaget.
Tillträde sker per 19 Mars 2024.
PPAM Solkraft AB tillsätter ny VD
Styrelsen i PPAM Solkraft AB har beslutat att utse Johan Ingvarsson till ny VD i PPAM Solkraft AB.
Johan har lång erfarenhet från ledande positioner inom industrin samt ett gediget verksamhetskunnande avseende solbaserade energilösningar från sin tid som VD i Veosol Energi AB.
Nuvarande VD Mikael Jacobsson kommer att kvarstå som VD intill dess Johan tillträder för att därefter i nära samarbete med bolagets ägare och styrelse fortsätta arbeta med bolagets strategiska frågor och marknadsmöjligheter.

PPAM doubles its turnover once again, with a turnover of just over SEK 220 million.
PPAM Solkraft AB increases its turnover from SEK 110 M to SEK 220 M for the just ended business year.
The company also continues to show good results, even though the year was burdened with extensive and expensed investments in products, competence and building an organization and structure to meet the rapidly growing demand and continue to grow with good profitability.
The growth has taken place both within the residential segment and through successful larger projects towards mainly industry and BRFs.
PPAM Solkraft AB acquires Veosol Energi AB
As of today, PPAM has reached an agreement to acquire all shares in Veosol Energi AB, www.veosol.se with headquarters in Örebro.
Veosol Energi AB has a long experience from various forms of energy solutions with a focus on larger projects for industry as well as a complete offer for the Villa segment.
Veosol Energi AB had a turnover of just over SEK 40 M in the last accounting year with a good profit margin.
For PPAM, the acquisition means access to a new and wider regional distribution, a strong customer base and access to key personnel who will contribute to the work of developing the joint company.
Access takes place as of March 19, 2024.
PPAM Solkraft AB appoints a new CEO
The board of PPAM Solkraft AB has decided to appoint Johan Ingvarsson as the new CEO of PPAM Solkraft AB.
Johan has extensive experience from leading positions in the industry as well as solid operational knowledge regarding solar-based energy solutions from his time as CEO of Veosol Energi AB.
Current CEO Mikael Jacobsson will remain as CEO until Johan takes office and then continue to work with the company’s strategic issues and market opportunities in close cooperation with the company’s owners and board.
